RETEP: specialized skills and advanced curriculum addressing the real-world demands
RETEP is a program performed by Focus Education which aims to solve the inadequacy of young school graduates’ skills for the Angolan job market demands.
In practice, Focus Education provides equipments for National technical schools, training of teachers and school directors as well as consultancy to the Ministry of Education order to reform the school curricula.
RETEP’s results impacted more than 100,000 students and more than 6,000 teachers in 52 Technological High Schools in Angola offering more specialized skills and advanced curriculum attuned to real-world demands.
